Intuitive Coaching is a very fluid, client-driven approach to meeting you in the moment, providing support for whatever intention or goal you have set for yourself. My background and experience lends itself well to the following situations:
- navigating life transitions such as changing jobs, retiring, or the end of a significant relationship;
- working through challenging circumstances such as being involved in a legal process, working with a health challenge, or working at a highly demanding job;
- walking the path to your freedom and bringing your dreams into being.

In this style of coaching, I meet you in the moment in the context of what you require assistance with. I assist you in assessing your situation and making a plan to improve it. I hold you to your own goals in a compassionate way. It is a fluid, collaborative dance where I help you stay focused and on track, at the same time as I provide guidance, encouragement, and suggestions along the way.

SPECIAL RATE: $120/hour plus GST
Regular Rate: $150/hour plus GST
